BJP fields Navneet Rana from Maharashtra’s Amravati Lok Sabha seat

Maharashtra Lok Sabha Election 2024: Navneet Rana, who contested as an independent candidate in 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Maharashtra’s Amravati seat, has been fielded by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming election from Amravati.

In 2014 General Elections, Navneet Rana contested unsuccessfully on Congress’ ticket.

In 2019, Rana was elected as an MP from Amravati as an Independent candidate, with the support of Congress and NCP defeating Shiv Sena.

Apart from Amravati, the saffron party in its eighth list announced Govind Karjol from Karnataka’s Chitradurga seat.
