Twitter service restored following short outage affecting users


Numerous users of X experienced a significant outage on Monday. According to Downdetector, there were more than 2,300 reports.

X, previously known as Twitter, recently faced outages that hindered some users from accessing various features on the platform. Reports indicate a significant disruption occurred on Monday, with Downdetector—an online outage monitoring service—recording nearly 2,000 issues reported from India, 18,000 from the United States, and 10,000 from the United Kingdom. 

During the outage, according to Downdetector’s data, 57 percent of users in the U.S. experienced problems with the X app, while 34 percent reported issues with the website and 9 percent faced server-related difficulties. In the U.K., 61 percent of users encountered application problems, 34  percent reported issues with the website, and 5 percent dealt with server concerns.
