The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken significant steps in the ISIS-inspired Coimbatore car bomb blast case of 2022 by filing a supplementary chargesheet. The new additions, Mohammed Azarudeen alias Azar and Mohammed Idris, both Coimbatore residents, face charges under various sections of the IPC, UA(P) Act, and Explosive Substances Act.
