J&K: Mysterious blast inside vehicle in Anantnag’s Larkipora, eight injured

Jammu and Kashmir: At least eight people sustained injuries after a mysterious blast took place inside a vehicle at Larkipora area of Doru in Anantnag district on Wednesday. Their condition is said to be stable.

Speaking on the matter, a top cop said, “it seems like a cylinder blast… 8-non local laborers were injured in a gas cylinder blast which occurred in a Tata load carrier near Larkipora Anantnag.”

The explosion took place on Wednesday morning near a local market and caused panic among the residents. The injured individuals were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. All are said to be in stable condition.

Meanwhile, police and CRPF had reached the spot to investigate the matter.
