TCS Q4 Results 2025, TCS Dividend 2025: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT company, has rewarded its investors with a final dividend of Rs 30 per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each for the financial year 2025.
“Directors have recommended a Final Dividend of INR 30 per Equity Share of INR 1 each of the Company,” the company said in an exchange filing.
The total dividend declared by the Tata Group company in the last financial year stood at Rs 126.
TCS Dividend History
Earlier to this, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 10 and a special dividend of Rs 66 in the financial year 2025. Before this, it paid two interim dividends of Rs 10 each and a final dividend of Rs 28.
TCS Dividend 2025: Payment Date
According to the information shared with the exchanges, the dividend will be paid on the fifth day of the conclusion of the company’s Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
“…which shall be paid/dispatched on the fifth day from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company,” the filing reads.
The company is yet to announce the date of the AGM.
TCS Q4 Results 2025
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday announced its fiscal fourth quarter earnings report with profit at Rs 12,224 crore, reporting a decline of 1.69 per cent in comparison to Rs 12,434 crore in the same quarter a year ago, i.e. in FY24, missing estimates.
The company’s profit in the last quarter was Rs 12,380.
However, the company posted revenue from operations at Rs 64,479 crore, up 5.29 per cent as against Rs 61,237 crore during the same period of the previous financial year.
In the third quarter of FY 25, the company’s revenue stood at Rs 63,973 crore.
The company’s EBIT stood at Rs 15,601 crore.

Before the Q4 results, the company’s share ended at Rs 3,246.10 on the BSE, a fall of Rs 1.44 per cent from the previous close of Rs 3,293.55.
