In Brazil, the Prime Minister will attend the 19th G-20 Summit as a Troika member, reaffirming India’s leadership in shaping global economic and sustainable development policies.
Modi’s visit to Guyana, the first by an Indian Prime Minister in over 50 years, will focus on deepening ties with President Mohamed Irfaan Ali.
The trip will also celebrate the enduring connection between India and Guyana, particularly through the Indian diaspora that has thrived there for over 185 years. The Prime Minister will address the Guyanese Parliament, marking a historic diplomatic milestone.
