Infosys Dividend 2025: The company has reported a net profit of Rs 7,033 crore for the January-March quarter of FY25 – a fall of 11.7 per cent from the Rs 7,969 crore net profit reported in Q4 FY25.

Infosys Dividend 2025, Infosys Q4 Results: Indian IT major Infosys on Thursday declared its quarterly results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025. The IT bellwether has also recommended a final dividend for its investors for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company has reported a net profit of Rs 7,033 crore for the January-March quarter of FY25 – a fall of 11.7 per cent from the Rs 7,969 crore net profit reported in Q4 FY25. However, the company’s revenue surged 7.9 per cent YoY to Rs 40,925 crore from Rs 37,923 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Infosys Dividend 2025

The board of the company has proposed a final dividend of Rs 22 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5 for the financial year 2025. 

“Recommended a final dividend of ₹22/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025,” the company said in an exchange filing.

Infosys Dividend 2025 Record Date

The company has fixed May 30, 2025 as the record date for this corporate action. A record date is important as it helps the company to identify the eligibility of shareholders for a corporate action. 

Infosys Dividend 2025 Payment Date

The company has announced that the payment of dividends will be made on June 30, 2025. 

“The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is May 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025,” the company said in an exchange filing. 

Infosys Q4 Results

For the full FY25, profits saw a marginal increase of 1.8 per cent to Rs 26,713 crore, according to a regulatory filing. Revenues climbed 6.06 per cent to reach Rs 1,62,990 crore.

“We have built a resilient organisation with sharp focus on client-centricity and responsiveness to the market, thanks to the trust of our clients and dedication of our employees,” Infosys CEO and MD Salil Parekh said.

Meanwhile, the stock settled at Rs 1,420.20 apiece on the BSE on Thursday, 0.51 per cent higher than the previous close. Infosys results were declared after market closing hours.
