Star couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be tying the knot finally after years of painting the B-Town red. While the couple is keeping their lips sealed about their much-awaited nuptials, now it seems like fans might have a tough time finding out any details about the wedding as the D-day will be under strict security.
According to reports, around 200 bouncers from ‘Mumbai’s best security force’ will be present at the wedding venues, including the RK Studios and the groom-to-be Ranbir Kapoor’s Vastu residence in Bandra.
Talking about the security arrangements which will be looked after by Alia’s brother Rahul Bhatt himself, he told AajTak.in that drones will be a part of the tight security set up alongside Roving Patrol Officers who will escort each wedding guest.
It doesn’t end here, the families of the bride and groom have also asked for special security personnel. Rahul said, “They wanted that the personality of the guards should be good and that everyone looks impressive. They must be diplomatic, speak English, be polite and non-smokers.”
Meanwhile, preparations for the wedding are currently going on in full swing. Reportedly, the wedding is going to be an elaborate celebration with Mehendi, Sangeet and a Cocktail party at RK Studios. On the other hand, the wedding will take place at Ranbir’s residence.
Wedding festivities are set to kick off on April 13.
