Eicher Motors Share Price: Shares of Royal Enfield Bullet-maker Eicher Motors are in action today as the company has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of the FY25 and has reported a 27 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit and a dividend. The stock opened in green today at Rs 5,559.60 on the BSE. This is a gain of 2.06 per cent from the previous close of Rs 5,446.90. However, the counter dipped amid profit booking and touched the intraday low of Rs 5,363. Last seen, it was trading at Rs 5,399.

Eicher Motors Dividend 2025
The company has informed exchanges that its board has approved a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The filing said that the board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 70 or 7000 per cent per equity share with a face value of Re 1. However, this is subject to the approval of shareholders.
“Recommended final dividend of Rs. 70/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 43rd Annual General Meeting,” the filing reads.

The company has not fixed any date for this, but said that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval.
“The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval,” the company said.
Eicher Motors Q4 Results
Eicher Motors has reported a 27 per cent increase in consolidated net profit in the quarter concerned, riding on higher sales across markets. The company’s net profit surged to Rs 1,362 crore in the January-March period of 2024-25 as against Rs 1,070 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
