In order to make it easy and hassle-free for the defence personnel and government employees in India, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has introduced the Bharat (BH) registration series for the mobility and transition of vehicles.
There was a major change in the registrations to secure a BH number plate in the Indian automobile industry. So, If anyone happens to be among the people who are eligible for receiving a BH registration for one’s car , here’s how you can get a BH registration for your vehicle. This facility is not available for everyone. As of now this registration plate is only available for a selected number of people.
Only employees of the defense sector with state and central government, who have transferable jobs can get this plate. Apart from them , all the private sector employees who have their offices in more than four states or union territories are also eligible to get BH registration for their personal vehicles.
1-Filling up online application
The dealer will fill up the online form on the Vahan Portal on behalf of the buyer of the vehicle.

The dealer will also fill up all the required documents and pay the required fee or motor vehicle tax.
