
MG Motor India is getting ready to showcase multiple cars at the upcoming Delhi auto expo. The company recently confirmed that it will showcase MG 4 EV and MG Air EV at the expo. And now the company has teased the MG 5 electric estate ahead of its Auto Expo debut.
Talking about the EV, the estate made its debut back in European markets back in 2020. The EV gets sleek sweptback headlamps with a closed-off grille. At the back, the EV gets a raked windscreen with Y-shaped LED taillights.

Moving on to the inside, the EV features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with MG-connected car tech.

The EV also gets a fully digital instrument cluster. Some features include Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, heated seats and keyless entry with push button start. Safety features include multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, and a full suite of ADAS.

Talking about the electric motor and battery, the estate is available with two battery pack options – 50.3kWh and 61.1kWh with a claimed range of 320km and 400km in one full charge. The electric motor produces 156PS for the 50.3 kWh and 177PS for the 61.1 kWh. MG says that the EV can support fast charging of up to 87kW to charge the battery up to 80 per cent in around 40 minutes.
