Maruti Suzuki has now introduced the S-CNG technology in the new Grand Vitara SUV in the Indian market. The Grand Vitara S-CNG price starts from Rs 12.85 lakh for Delta (MT) variant and goes up to Rs 14.84 lakh for Zeta (MT) variant.

In terms of engine, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara S-CNG is powered by a 1.5-litre Dual-Jet Dual VVT K-series engine that develops a max power of 64.6kW@5500rpm and a peak torque of 121.5 Nm@4200rpm. Offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox, the Grand Vitara S-CNG delivers an excellent fuel-efficiency of 26.6 km/kg*, says Maruti Suzuki.
The company states that the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is also the only premium CNG SUV to offer a 6-airbag variant for customers. As far as the features are concerned, it gets SmartPlay Pro+ Infotainment system, Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, and in-built Next Gen Suzuki Connect, with 40+ connected features.

The introduction of the S-CNG option further expands the appeal of the Grand Vitara. Customers can also purchase the Grand Vitara S-CNG SUV through Maruti Suzuki Subscribe at an monthly subscription fee starting from Rs 30,723. Maruti Suzuki Subscribe allows a customer to use a new car without owning it, by paying an all-inclusive monthly subscription fee that covers the cost of complete registration, service & maintenance, insurance and roadside assistance.
