
Mahindra has yet again shared a video teaser regarding its upcoming range of ‘Born Electric SUVs’ on social media. In 2022, the automaker had showcased two upcoming sub-brands of electric SUVs in the UK under the Born Electric banner. It seems that the automaker is now gearing up to unveil the concept EVs her in India. Here is everything we know about the day, date and time of the unveil.

According to the teaser video, Mahindra will unveil the Born Electric concept EVs at the Mahindra EV fashion festival being held in Hyderabad on 10th of February, 2023. The expected unveil comes days after the automaker announced that it will be investing Rs 10,000 crore under Maharashtra government’s industrial promotion scheme to develop EVs in the state. It was also announced that a standalone plant for the upcoming EV portfolio will be built in Pune.

Mahindra XUV400 EV
As a reminder, five electric SUVs have been announced under two sub-brands including the XUV and a new BE range. The electric SUVs are called XUV.e8, XUV.e9 and BE.05, BE.07 and BE.09. Four of these electric SUVs are expected tomato their debuts between 2024 and 2026 and all will be based on Mahindra’s INGLO EV-dedicated platform.

The company has recently launched the XUV400 EV, based on the XUV300 mid-sized SUV, in the weekend of its booking being started, Mahindra has scored over 10,000 bookings for the e-SUV. Beginning for the XUV400 EV are expected to begin from March 2023 and prices start from Rs 15.99 lakhs.
