Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp is all set to launch the Maestro Xoom 110 scooter around the festive season. The scooter is likely to feature a new design as well as new features. Ahead of its official launch, here is everything you need to know about the upcoming Hero Maestro Xoom 110 scooter.
New Design and features
The Hero Maestro Xoom 110 scooter will come equipped with all-LED lighting, a single-piece seat with a grab rail, side-mounted exhaust and more. The scooter will sit on 12-inch wheels.
As far as the features are concerned, the Maestro Xoom 110 will receive a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, offering information like theft alert, missed call alert and turn-by-turn navigation.
For safety, the scooter will get a front disc brake as well as a rear drum brake. It might receive ABS for better handling. Suspension duties will be handled by front telescopic forks and rear dual shock absorbers.
At the heart, the Hero Maestro Xoom 110 will be packed with a 110.9cc fuel-injected single-cylinder engine with i3S technology similar to the Maestro Edge 110. The engine will produce 8.03 hp power and 8.75 Nm torque.
The pricing and deliveries details will be out in the coming weeks, however we expect that the Hero Maestro Xoom 110 scooter to be available at a price tag of Rs 75,000 (ex-showroom). Upon launch, it will rival the likes of Honda Activa 6G, Honda Dio and TVS Jupiter in the Indian market.
