Kia India is all set to showcase the slew of cars and SUVs at the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo. The company today confirmed that it will be showcasing 10 new vehicles which include a concept EV, a large RV and specialised mobility solutions.
The company also told that the Kia Pavilion will be spread across 3150 square meters and will offer an immersive experience to visitors through a range of audience engagement activities like the Kia EV6 Simulator zone, Technology zone showcasing a live demonstration of Kia Connect, KIN wall of fame highlighting Kia’s success milestone and smart plastic recycling unit among others.

Talking about the 2023 Carnival MPV, currently, in its fourth generation the MPV was unveiled globally in 2021. The MPV measures 5155 mm in length 1955 mm in width and 1755 mm in height. The MPV will be offered with 7-seater, 9-seater and 11-seater configurations.
Talking about the features, the MPV features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The car also gets Kia’s connected car tech with a powered tailgate and slide door. There’s also a fully digital instrument cluster with multiple themes.
The top-end trims of the MPV also feature 3-zone automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, wireless charging, multiple airbags and a slew of ADAS features which include Adaptive Cruise control, Lane keeps assist, forward collision warning, high-beam assist, park assist and many more.
Talking about the powertrain, globally Carnival is offered with a 3.5-litre V6 Petrol engine and a 2.2-litre CRDi turbocharged diesel engine which produces 200 bhp of power and 400 Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with an 8-speed torque converter.
In India, it is expected that the new generation Carnival will be offered with only a 2.2-litre diesel engine with automatic transmission.
Talking about the pricing, the Carnival is expected to be priced from Rs 35 lakh (ex-showroom). When launched, the Carnival will rival the newly launched Innova Hycross.
