Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan made her big Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in 2018.
Now, in her latest interaction with India.com, Sara opened up on the reports of her father Saif Ali Khan being disappointed in her choice of ‘Kedarnath’as her debut film.
Spilling some beans on the same, Sara revealed that her father Saif Ali Khan knows how his daughter will never accept any project without being convinced about it. She stated that her father has encouraged her to make her own decisions.
According to her, Saif is also an actor who understands better than most people that ultimately you cannot be a part of any film that you don’t feel convinced about.
Elaborating further, Sara also spoke about the reports of Saif choosing another movie over ‘Kedarnath’ for her. According to her, father Saif never had a problem with anything that she did as long as her heart and soul were in it. She added that after the fate of Kedarnath and after the love and appreciation she got, she was very proud of what she chooses and what she did.
Meanwhile, Sara had shared a heartfelt post remembering her ‘Kedarnath’ co-star late Sushant Singh Rajput on his death anniversary.
Sharing the picture, Sara wrote “Whenever I needed help, advice or a laugh you were always there. You introduced me to the world of acting, made me believe that dreams could come true, and gave me all that I have today. Still can’t believe you’re gone. But every time I look at the stars, the rising sun or the moon I know you’re here.
From Kedarnath to Andromeda”
On the work front, Sara will be next seen in Aditya Dhar’s ‘The Immortal Ashwathama’ opposite Vicky Kaushal. Apart from this, she will also be seen in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Atrangi Re’ with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
